Many parents and children struggle to identify and understand big emotions, which can lead to frustration, disconnection, and challenges in managing daily life. Couples may also feel the strain as they navigate different life stages, balancing parenting, personal needs, and their relationship.
I support families in learning to recognize emotions and integrate them in ways that are appropriate for each child’s developmental stage. With couples, I provide tools and guidance to strengthen communication, foster connection, and maintain a healthy relationship while adapting to new challenges and transitions.
Parents and children begin to feel more confident in handling emotions together, reducing conflict and increasing connection. Couples gain a stronger foundation of trust and understanding, allowing them to face life’s stages with greater resilience and harmony.
