I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel understood, empowered, and respected. I strive to meet each person exactly where they are, creating a therapeutic experience that feels genuine, collaborative, and tailored to their unique needs.
My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I work alongside clients to help them develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and build practical tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Whether working with children, adolescents, young adults, or adults, my goal is to foster meaningful growth and lasting emotional well-being.

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science." — Albert Einstein
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy cooking and exploring the connection between food, culture, and community. Growing up in a bilingual household gave me a deep appreciation for different perspectives and experiences, which continues to influence the way I connect with clients.
I also enjoy spending time in nature, where I can slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and practice the mindfulness and balance that I encourage in my therapeutic work.
